Role Summary:

As a Junior Video Editor at Walking Tree, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand & visual presence by creating captivating and visually stunning video content that showcases our jewelry collections. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality videos that engage our audience and communicate the beauty and craftsmanship of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage, audio, and graphics to create compelling promotional videos, product showcases, and other marketing materials across various touch points.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with the brands & vision and marketing objectives.
• Color Correction, Enhancement & amp; Rotoscopy: Apply color correction and enhancement techniques to ensure that jewelry pieces appear in their true brilliance and beauty. Performing Rotoscopy & amp; video retouching especially for jewellery craftsmanship videos.
• Sound Editing: Enhance and synchronize audio elements to create a seamless and immersive viewing experience.
• Motion Graphics: Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to add depth and interest to videos.
• File Management: Organize and manage video assets, ensuring that they are easily accessible for future use.
• Quality Control: Review and fine-tune videos for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and to be able to work on multiple projects per week.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a must.
• Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing techniques.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4d, Blender, etc) is a plus.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
