Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team - India. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliances, and performance management. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Recruit, interview, select, and onboard qualified candidates
  • Manage the payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely execution
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations
  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
