Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team - India. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliances, and performance management. This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding processes
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and diplomacy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Recruit, interview, select, and onboard qualified candidates
- Manage the payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
