We are third largest exporter of Areca Palm Leaf Dinnerware from India. We have our state of the art manufacturing unit at Shivamogga District in Karnataka State. We are looking at Production Supervisor having minimum two years of Production experience to at our production unit. Pl log on to to know more about our products. Job Description: Education Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical. Experience : Minimum Two years of Production. Language : English, Hindi and Kannada. Job responsibility: Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
