Location: Bangalore

Exp: 3 to 5 Y( in HR operations)

Interview Mode: Walkin on 28th dec 2023

Roles and Responsibility:

• Resolve and handle tier 1 & 2 transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines
• Ability to understand the inquiry to ensure appropriate resolution
• Utilize available resources (i.e. knowledgebase, HRMS system, company intranet) to determine the most accurate response to requestor
• Interpret policy and explain procedures
• Manage outbound exit interview calls over zoom and workday updates
• Respond to escalated issues from associates, HR professionals, and HR managers
• Process & do quality check on HR transactions which may include:
o New hires (including background checks, drug tests, direct deposit, and tax transactions)
o Employment data changes
o Terminations/Retirements
o Earnings/deduction transactions
o Pay by exception input
• Handle Hire to Retire queries on an ongoing basis
• Identify trends and high volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues; inform management as appropriate
• Maintain service level agreements
• Maintain & report out on service level agreements
• Train and develop team members, provide both positive and negative feedback to team members

Requirement:

Must Have
• Graduate in any stream
• Excellent listening skills, written and oral communication skills
• Experience in HR Operations
• Ability to handle escalation queries
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like i.e. Workday
• Experience in Team handling in a Helpdesk environment
• Ability to handle outbound calls for US & EMEA employees

Good to have
• Knowledge/understanding of Company policies across all business formats
• Experience specific to Hire to retire process for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.
• Experience in applications/ticketing tool e.g. ServiceNow
