Job description
IIDE is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Associate Freshers. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in various domains such as Marketing Product Management Placements Sales and Business Development. As an Associate Fresher you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop essential skills and contribute to the growth and success of IIDE.
Key Departments and their related roles:
Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote IIDEs programs events and initiatives.
- Support the creation of engaging content for social media platforms newsletters and other marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and potential opportunities.
Product Management:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and assist in the development of new educational products and services.
- Assist in product testing feedback collection and iteration processes.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Placements:
- Coordinate with industry partners and recruiters to facilitate placement opportunities for IIDE students.
- Assist in organizing career fairs workshops and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and feedback to improve placement processes.
Sales:
- Support the sales team in lead generation prospecting and client outreach activities.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals and contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Business Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities partnerships and collaborations to expand IIDEs reach and impact.
- Assist in conducting market analysis and feasibility studies for new business ventures.
- Participate in networking events conferences and industry forums to build relationships and explore business prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus but not required.

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement in student-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Track record of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towards collective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset, adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challenging situations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at every step.
