Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities The role of Network Solutioning is ownership, management, and delivery of network infrastructure requests throughout their lifecycle. The scope covers all aspects of Data networking including traditional Data requests, Security, Contact Centers, WLAN, IPT, and may include involvement in critical global requests in addition to regionally specific. The role is responsible for understanding and addressing business requirements, building solutions which comply with customer standards and working with in-house resources, CSR - Stable teams, outsourced teams and vendors to ensure cost-effective and on-time delivery of solutions that meet business partner s requirements. The role will also be responsible for effective communication with business partners and stakeholders. When required, the role may become involved with operational support related to the delivered solution.Technology Knowledge i. Router - Ciscoii. Switch Cisco and Aristaiii. Meraki Ciscoiv. Min 8+ years of Network administration experience in large enterprise environment ii. Should have Cisco and other industry standard networking certificationsiii. Extensive experience in System Fault Tolerance, Networking Designing, Business continuity and Disaster recoveryiv. Expertise in the analysis, implementation, troubleshooting & documentation of LAN/WAN architecture and good experience on IP services.v. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)vi. Experience in representation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetingsvii. In depth understand and troubleshooting skills for data centers Technologies (vPC, VDC, OTV, FEX)viii. Expert level knowledge of troubleshooting, implementing, optimizing and testing of static and dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and ability to interpret and resolve complex route table problemix. Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco devise (Routers Switches l2/l3) Excellent hands-on on Cisco & Meraki Products x. Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki switches MS100, MS200, MS300, MS400xi. Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki MX100, MX84 MX250, MX450xii. Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki WLC/Access point xiii. Should have excellent knowledge of installing and troubleshooting Meraki Wi-Fi networksxiv. Handling escalated troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki & VPNxv. Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K Series of switchesxvi. Excellent hands-on experience on Wireless LAN technologies Cisco and Arubaxvii. Excellent hands-on experience on WAN Acceleration/optimization Riverbedxviii. Network Management tools SolarWinds, HPNNMi or Splunkxix. Application Load balancers F5 Big IP LTM/GTM or Citrix NetScalerxx. Hands-on experience of implementing & Troubleshoot of Infoblox solutions such as IPAM/DHCP/DNS/vDiscoveryxxi. Hands on Experience on DHCP scope creation, DHCP option management understanding about servers, and windows platformxxii. Should be able to manage and troubleshoot firewall, VPN, proxy &, NAC solutions in large and complex environment xxiii. Should have working experience on FortiGate and Cisco Firepower Firewall solutions, Blue Coat Proxies, Cisco ISE, Juniper SSL VPN and Gigamon Network Analytics.xxiv. Should be able to work on design & architecture on Firewalls, Proxies, VPN, NAC and other security solutions.xxv. Experience on Skybox security policy would be an advantage.xxvi. Advanced knowledge of Firewall platforms running routing protocols and next gen features.xxvii.
