Job description
About the Role: We are seeking an initiative-taking and skilled Credit Bureau domain specialist to join our team and support our credit bureau data operations. You will play a key role in extracting insights from customer and credit data, contributing to improved credit assessment, product subscription, and overall business performance. This role will require frequent travels to UAE location for business purposes
Responsibilities: Design and implement data analysis projects related to credit score assessment, portfolio performance, customer segmentation, and Debt Burden Ratio. Prepare and present data-driven reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain data pipelines and models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. Perform ad-hoc analyses and troubleshoot data quality issues. Stay up to date on the latest credit bureau industry trends and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Risk Management, Marketing) to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications: A minimum 10 years of experience with 5+ years working with credit bureau data, data management and data engineering background Degree in Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly detail-oriented and with a proactive approach to data quality. Experience with credit scoring models and risk management methodologies. Familiarity with credit bureau data formats and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong domain knowledge of the credit bureau industry and consumer lending landscape. Nice to Have: Experience with Azure cloud platforms and data services (Azure Synapse Spark pool, ADF, Databricks). Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages like Python, R, and SQL. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Job tags
