Indomo is Looking for:

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Define and develop comprehensive customer journeys that align with our business goals and enhance the customer experience.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email flows for various stages of the customer journey.
  • Create engaging email content that drives customer engagement and conversion.
  • Behavioral Trigger Emails: Develop and manage behavioral trigger emails based on customer actions and preferences to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • CRM Management: Manage and optimize the use of our CRM system to ensure we are effectively capturing, analyzing, and leveraging customer data.
  • Loyalty Program Management: Oversee our loyalty program, ensuring it effectively incentivizes repeat purchases and enhances customer loyalty.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends, measure effectiveness of CRM and loyalty strategies, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (such as sales, marketing, and customer service) to ensure CRM and loyalty program strategies are integrated across all customer touchpoints.

This Role Requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM and loyalty program management for retailers/e-retailers
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and email marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and email marketing platforms such as Salesforce
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various teams.
