Hi Everyone,

Job Summary: We are looking for a Regional Renewal Manager and will lead a highly visible and motivated Renewals team in the North America Region that protects and grows revenues and consistently delivers on individual and organizational quotas. You will be a valuable member of the Global Renewals Leadership Team and part of the Global Sales Organization. The successful candidate will need to be able to analyse all upstream processes that we are hurting the renewal and retention rate as well as reducing lost deals and driving T Minus execution across the teams.

About the role Build and execute an Account or Territory plan for each assigned account or territory to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction for respective region. Develop and maintain strong field and cross-functional relationships internally to help drive account success. Drive timely renewals, increase attainment, reduce customer churn and positively influence revenue growth. Maintains contact with assigned customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and Arcserve footprint expansion. Subject matter expertise and advisory on renewal operations (Pipeline management, deal drafting, BU approvals, etc.) Successfully utilize Salesforce.com to update forecast, activity and contact information on all open opportunities. Field engagement with customers when required. Partner effectively with the Channel Sales Team to drive territory coverage. Establish and maintain effective relationships with channel partner. Keep up to date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive position of the company. Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while always upholding Arcserve values.

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 1. 4+years’ experience in the fields of sales, customer success, or renewals. 2. Will have to work in US shifts. 3. Demonstrated history in operating a book of business at scale, handling a large volume of customer renewals (50-70) and accounts with a strong execution on closing renewals and driving growth with Sales colleagues. 4. Experience working through contract and budget processes with customers. 5. Demonstrated history identifying customer risks and implement churn mitigation strategies. 6. Customer-oriented and focused - a renewal success manager at heart.
