We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer- Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both on-premises, Hybrid, and cloud security, with experience in Security Implementation, Solutioning and security best practices. Detailed Roles and responsibilities: The successful candidate will: Plans, research, and designs security architecture for Xencia internal and external Customer Design, implement, and maintain security solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments. Develop security architecture and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate countermeasures. Work closely with other teams to integrate security solutions with existing systems and infrastructure. Conduct security assessments and gaps to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies and recommend Azure Security solutions. Develop and implement incident response procedures and participate in security incident response activities. Keep up to date with emerging security threats and trends and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate security issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Ad-Hoc Trainings/ workshops for client’s IT teams, Xencia Customers Provide post-implementation support services as required. Customer Demo on solutions implemented. Implement campaigns for phased migrations. Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients. Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience. Skills required to contribute: A Total of 5+ years of experience in the field of Azure Security implantation and solutioning) Microsoft Security product family relevant certifications Exposure to workplace automation, analytics, end user experience monitoring and management. Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to perform assigned tasks and see it through to completion with minimal supervision. Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage projects from concept to production. Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation. Must be able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multitask, and quickly adapt to change. Good Knowledge in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, Information Protection and Governance, Threat Protection. Knowledge in Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Priva, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra and Azure Security Services. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Desired degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent Experience. Certification in Microsoft Azure / Security Solutions, Cloud Technologies is desired.
