Job description

Job Overview

This role requires deep passion for conceptualization and implementation of the product in

B2B/B2C segment. Person will be responsible for managing entire lifecycle of product right

from conceptualization to rollout of product and subsequent improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Involvement in conceptualization of B2B/B2C products/solutions in payments

domain and taking entire ownership of product.

Preparing user stories and business requirement documents. Making sure that the

requirements are futuristic to support possible business use cases in future and

compatible with the existing system/product.

Continuous interaction with vendor for sharing requirements and taking updates on

daily basis with respect to implementation to ensure timely delivery of product.

Innovating and finding out ways to reduce dependencies to make delivery faster.

Close involvement in UAT along with guiding and mentoring QA to ensure

coverage of all payment related edge cases.

Organizing product demonstrations with operation teams/clients and providing

them with overall walkthrough of the system, products, API specs, integration and

onboarding process.

Coordinating with internal stakeholders like product owners, various business teams

and external stakeholders like development vendor, product processors etc. to

ensure seamless integrations and favourable client experience.

Desired Candidate Profile And Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management role

Previous Technical Product Manager Experience Would Be Preferred

Prior experience of working on payments application

Good communication skills
