Job Description – Team Leader

1. International Process Voice – U.K/ US Customer Service
2. LOB – vacational process
3. Communication - Excellent Verbal & Written English Communication Skills
4. Experience - 1 Year of experience as Team leader on paper in international process.
5. Qualification – Graduation Mandatory (only from recognised university).
6. Age – 21-45years
7. Salary up to - 8LPA (negotiable)
8. Shift - 24/7 shifts rotational 9 hours shift.
9. Working - 5 days & 2 rotational off.
10. Work Location – Malad (West)- Work from Office
11. Transport Boundaries – Mira Road (401107) – Churchgate, Thane West Station & Vashi Station.
12. Applicant – should have all original documents in place of Education, Experience, ID & Address proof.
