Responsible for Admin Assistants and staff in all sites and staff members who specialize in providing preventive maintenance including general building maintenance, mechanical systems, housekeeping and grounds keeping; quality assurance for mechanical, electrical and plumbing system.
Responsible vendor management, right from hutting, on-boarding, evaluating, payments, and compliance for facilities gamut.
Should look after all client visits, VIP arrangements.
Ensure safe place to work by effectively managing soft services (Security, Housekeeping, BMS, Cafeteria, Pest control, Washroom Hygiene) Safety Initiatives at work.
Manage hard services (Eletro-mechanical operation and maintenance - 52 weeks PPM, AMC of critical equipments DG, UPS, AC, Transformer, Chiller, Water Pumps, Fire Fighting system, WLD System Lifts).
Look after general office necessities including stationery, tea coffee, snacks, medicines, cakes, courier, etc.
Would be responsible for managing 3rd Party Manpower management.
Should ensure compliance to audits from his site.
Should be familiar with SEZ and STPI protocols.
Familiarize Adhere to Company information security quality policies and standards that relate to ones work.
Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all time including but not limited to user ids passwords.
Awareness of access rights to information information systems.
Reporting information security incidents including but not limited to suspected viruses immediately.
Ensure that critical data in the folders where it can be backed up same is informed to Technology.
