Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence to drive brand awareness and engagement. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and ability to create visually appealing content
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Understanding of advertising principles and ability to optimize social media ads
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Develop creative and engaging content, including text, image, and video posts
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and insights to track and optimize performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
