Job description
Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in:
Recruitment Support: Assisting with the recruitment process, posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
HR Administration: Maintaining employee files and HR databases to ensure smooth operations.
Onboarding Assistance: Participating in new hire onboarding, including orientation and benefits administration.
Employee Relations: Providing support in addressing employee questions and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
HR Team Collaboration: Joining HR team meetings, contributing ideas, and suggesting improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
Communication Prodigy: Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members.
Organization Guru: Possessing strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Confidentiality Keeper: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to manage HR data effectively.
Positive Attitude: Bringing a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a thirst for learning and growth.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a relevant HR or business program, adding depth to your HR knowledge.
Experience Advantage: Some related experience that will complement your internship journey.
Minimum Availability:
At Least 2 Months: Commit to a minimum internship period of 2 months to immerse yourself in HR practices.
