Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Finance analyst and planning specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in finance forecasting, share analysis, staffing, strong mathematical skills and contractual knowledge. This role is pivotal in contributing to our organizations finance, agility and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance forecasting:
a. Utilize advanced forecasting techniques to provide accurate and insightful financial predictions.
b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and assumptions for forecasting.
c. Present financial forecasts to leadership, client stakeholders, highlighting key trends and potential impacts.
2. Share analysis:
a. Monitor and analyze performance.
b. Stay abreast of market trends.
3. Staffing optimization:
a. Monitor and analyze staffing metrics.
4. Mathematical proficiency:
a. Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses using strong mathematical skills to support decision making.
b. Develop and maintain financial models for various scenarios and risk management.
5. Contractual knowledge:
a. Posses a deep understanding of contractual statements and legal implications.
b. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
2. Proven experience in financial analysis, planning and staffing.
3. Strong mathematical skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of contractual agreements.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
