Inviting applications for the role of an Associate-IoT Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, The role requires understanding the network of physical objects— “things”—that are embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the internet
Responsibilities
1.    Networking
•    Monitor MRI’s health.
•    Analyze alarms generated from MRI and diagnose the root cause. 
•    Dispatch Field service engineer or remote service leader id the issue cannot be field remotely and site intervention is required.
•    Support Field engineers to establish magnet monitor connection with server for monitoring.
•    Identify opportunities and provide historical parametric data to regions to support suggested diagnosis.
•    Designing & implementing strategies to increase and sustain connectivity on MRI’s.
•    Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and other network hardware.
•    Handling authenticate data, report generation using excel common tool (Charts, Pivot & Lookups) and share presentable information with US customers.
•    Connect with Field Service Engineers, Remote Online Engineers and connectivity team on how to restore lost connection and discuss contemporary needs
•    Good understanding of device management and system service logs
•    Perform user management for IoT application to enable access for end user
•    Provide IoT application user interface training to end user 

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
•    B.E / B.Tech – Computer Science & Information Technology
•    B.E / B.Tech - Electronic and communications engineering
Preferred qualifications
•    Strong communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication
•    Attention to detail and good articulation skills.
•    Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in a large organization
