Job Description : As a Freelance Trainer specializing in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch training sessions to our clients. You will be responsible for imparting knowledge on SAFe principles, practices, and methodologies to individuals and teams aiming to enhance their Agile capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SAFe practitioners who are passionate about sharing their expertise and contributing to the success of organizations on their Agile journey.
Key Responsibilities : - Conduct virtual or on-site SAFe training sessions for diverse audiences, including executives, managers, and team members.
- Customize training materials to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Provide hands-on guidance and real-world examples to reinforce SAFe concepts and principles.
- Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment, encouraging active participation and collaboration among participants.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in SAFe and Agile methodologies to ensure training content is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote SAFe training offerings and generate business leads.
Qualifications : - Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certification /SAFe Scrum Master /SAFe POPM.
- Extensive hands-on experience in implementing and practicing SAFe within organizations.
- Proven experience as a trainer, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training content to different audience levels and industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with participants.
- Flexibility to deliver training sessions remotely or travel to client locations when necessary.
- Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying updated on industry best practices.
