Responsibilities: As a
Tele Collection Specialist , your role involves efficiently managing overdue payments through effective phone communication. Your primary tasks include: Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with customers via telephone to discuss and collect outstanding payments. Engage in clear and respectful communication, ensuring a positive customer experience. Record Keeping: Utilize software solutions to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payment transactions. Document customer interactions and any agreements made during the collection process. Reporting: Provide monthly reports to the manager, detailing collection activities and pending payment data. Assist in analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement in the collection process. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail in record-keeping, and a commitment to achieving monthly collection targets.
