Job Overview:
We are currently seeking Staff Nurses to join our dynamic team in the Emergency, ICU, and OT departments at Medanta Gurugram. The ideal candidates will have 0 to 3 years of experience and possess the necessary qualifications in B.Sc Nursing, GNM, and M.Sc Nursing. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare services in critical care settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in the Emergency, ICU, and OT departments.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medication, and assist with medical procedures as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide effective intervention and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing), General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), or Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in patient care.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in emergency care, intensive care, or operating room settings is preferred but not mandatory.
