Job description
Key Responsibilities 1. Drive Airtel Services Revenue o Complete management of Airtel Specials (VAS channels), Increasing ARPU, subscriber base, penetration over DTH active base and achieving revenue targets day o Responsible for acquiring customers on Airtel specials, and ensuring they continue their subscription 2. Content partnerships and Regional content management - benchmarking vs competition, consumer insights from broadcaster, getting content slate across all regions, and decoding what content works for which cohort 3. Drive On-screen and digital VAS sales o Responsible for growing the portfolio using digital acquisition methods as well as DTH on-screen inventory 4. Driving OTT Subscription for Airtel DTH o Ownership of OTT monetization on DTH base 5. Xstream TV channel ownership o Run promos on Xstream TV screen (Banner, rails etc) to increase revenue extraction from DTH subscribers
