Business Analyst Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Entry-Level business analysts assist and work with senior analysts. They provide support in enhancing the process of documentation for enhancing procedures and operations. They collect and document business requirements. He/she may also engage in planning of business, evaluation and analysis of business risks and needs. The individual evaluates client requirement issues and procedure to fashion out solution or improve on a system. This entry level position involves all aspects of the operations development life cycle to execute projects, assist enterprise to achieving departmental goals. Skills: University degree in management information systems, engineering or business management. Proven interest in problem solving, as well as in business and technology related issues. A strong passion for learning with outstanding analytical aptitude. Adaptability, as well as skills in dealing with uncertainties. Ability to adjust in a team work environment.
