As a Program Manager, you will be responsible in translating GP strategic objectives into program roadmaps to realize distinct and measurable benefits for the organization. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital solutions that optimize and automate the procurement and sourcing functions of our organization. You will work closely with collaborators, vendors, and IT development team to define the solution vision, roadmap, and implementation plan. You will also be responsible for the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize the digital needs and opportunities of the procurement and sourcing functions.
  • Define and communicate the program vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the organization's digital transformation goals and objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize the program roadmap, ensuring that it reflects the value, vitality, and dependencies of the features and user needs.
  • Work with development team to plan and implement development plan, review project results, and provide feedback.
  • Monitor and evaluate the program performance, user feedback, and market trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product value and user experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard methodologies in both procurement systems and processes.
  • Be the change agent and drive adoption with organizational change management methods and tools to adopt the change.
  • Provide product support and training to end-users and partners.
  • Actively engage with procurement leadership and cross-functional business clients.

  • Well-versed in project management skills and program management, partner management and technology transformation to develop best-in-class results.
  • Knowledgeable in procurement technology landscape and business processes.
  • Demonstrate strong communication through active listening and able to articulate complex problem statements concisely and accurately to all levels.
  • Able to translate business difficulties into technical requirement.
  • Having a global perspective and a positive demeanor that is well-suited for working across different regions.
  • Interested in gaining procurement knowledge, and data fluency, demonstrating insights to make a data-driven decision.
  • Agile in adopting new tools and ways of working towards continuous improvement to optimize business outcomes.
  • Leading without authority and collaborating with an inclusive approach across geographical and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success for Micron.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors in engineering / computer science or equivalent with 5 years of experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in program management/transformation at a procurement function of a large cross-functional organization.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a change agent, having effectively implemented the change in a large cross-functional organization.
  • SAP ERP(SAP ECC / S4 HANA) and Ariba expertise is preferred.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. by PMI) is added advantage
  • Proficient in O365, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent.
  • Organizational Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the digital domain
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
