Key Responsibility: • Experience: 2- 3 years of proven experience in inside sales career counselling, or a related role. • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients. • Sales: Strong sales with a consultative and empathetic approach. • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting. • Self-motivated: Self–motivated and organized, Capable of Managing a high volume of client interactions. • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a team environment.
