Job description

Industry : Packaging/Printing Qualification : MBA preferred Experience : 3 to 5 years Salary : 5 Lac per annum(We can extend the budget according to the experience of the candidate.)

Mandatory Requirements :

As a Field Sales Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

1.

Extensive Traveling : Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated regions to engage with clients, conduct face-to-face meetings, and build strong business relationships.

2.

B2B Sales (Pre and Post) : Proven experience in B2B sales, encompassing both pre-sales activities such as prospecting and lead generation, as well as post-sales responsibilities like account management and customer retention.

3.

Customer Relationship : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

4.

Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends. Utilize findings to formulate effective sales strategies.

5.

Result Oriented:

Demonstrate a results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Implement strategies to maximize revenue and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Additional Details:

Location Preferences : The role is based in Navi Mumbai and Chennai, and candidates should be prepared to work and travel 500km from these regions.

Industry Focus : The candidate will be working in the Packaging/Printing industry, and familiarity with this sector will be advantageous.

: Salary plus all traveling conveyance & Food expenses are paid as per company policy. No incentives.
