Job description
We are seeking a talented Global Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will contribute to the development and on-going client relationships within a specific market. You will manage client relationships within your territory and will ensure that clients needs are met. You will establish new, and cultivate existing, relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and expand their use of Nomi services. You will act quickly to resolve client issues and launch new client projects. You will be skilled in selling the Nomi story and will quickly become an expert in all products lines upon assuming the role. You will care for all Nomi client relationships and will work across market teams to ensure unison and consistency in account management efforts.

How you will make an impact
- Partner with Global Sales Leaders to assist with sales opportunities and ensure effective continuation of client relationship post go-live
- Act as the conduit between the client and Nomi Health, ensuring clear communication and timely responsiveness to client needs
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a consultative manner
- Understand client needs and identify opportunities for introducing additional product lines
- Activate the market sales leaders in a timely manner to support further growth with the client
- Manage projects and ensure consistent delivery of deliverables for the client
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account management activities and client interactions
- Generate regular reports for management review to demonstrate progress to goals
- Provide on-going maintenance for each new client brought on with the Global Sales Team
- Work closely with the implementation teams to ensure that customer care is at its best during client on-boarding and transitions
- Work closely with marketing and product development to ensure seamless communication and alignment of customer needs
- Travel approximately 25% of the time to visit with clients, brokers, consultants, TPAs and to be present at industry events
What we are looking for
- Account Manager with 2-5 years experience preferably in health benefits and healthcare fintech
- Expertise and deep knowledge of the full breadth of Nomi products such as Analytics, Network - Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracts, PBM full replacement, POP and Utopia, and use of our rails and financing opportunities with Financial Services (For internal applicants; new applicants will develop upon assumption of the role)
- Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics
- Proven track record of success in managing client accounts including strong persistency performance
- Proven track record of upselling existing clients to take on additional services where needed
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
