Wooshfood is a Point of Sale (POS) system provider that empowers businesses with innovative technology solutions. We seek a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' seamless transition to our POS systems.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role, with some flexibility for remote work. The Customer Support Associate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for our customers in various global locations. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for assistance in a timely manner via WhatsApp, email, or occasionally via phone.
- Remotely troubleshoot and resolve network, connectivity, and software application issues reported by customers, and escalate issues to the appropriate team if necessary.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our ticketing system.
- Any other customer service duties are assigned by the supervisor, if necessary.
- Assist the team in setting up and configuring our POS systems according to the client's business needs.
Qualifications:
- Fluent communication in English (verbal & and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Docs, and sheets for data management and analysis.
- Applicants with an associate degree in IT-related fields are preferred, but it's not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Atleast 1 years of experience in technical support/customer support, preferably in a network/software support/helpdesk role
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts and outside of normal business hours including weekends to help provide global coverage.
- As you will be working remotely, this position requires you to have a good internet connection along with a desktop/laptop and a mobile device.
