Job Overview FLY Consulting Services is seeking a Customer Support professional to join our team. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Excellent communication skills in English & Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Assisting customers with product information and usage guidance
- Handling customer complaints and escalating to the appropriate department if needed
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
