Job Title: Business Lead
Overview:
D2C Insider is looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead for Elevate Learning Vertical, specializing to turbocharge the growth of D2C entrepreneurs. With a focus on delivering a comprehensive learning experience, this role demands a proactive individual with 3-5 years of experience in program execution, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of business growth strategies within the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sector.
Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Revenue Management:
- Take ownership of the business and P&L aspects of the learning vertical, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to expand the program's market presence and participant base.
Strategic Project Leadership:
- Spearhead strategic projects that align with the learning vertical's goals, focusing on innovation, scalability, and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that enhance the program's value proposition and competitive edge.
Admissions Management:
- Optimize the admissions process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Assess applications rigorously and communicate decisions effectively.
Curriculum Development:
- Work closely with industry experts to curate a cutting-edge curriculum that meets the evolving needs of D2C entrepreneurs.
- Supervise the development and dissemination of engaging course materials.
Speaker Coordination:
- Identify and recruit top industry figures for guest lectures and mentorship.
- Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with speakers to ensure their continuous involvement.
Course Activities and Workshops:
- Design and execute interactive activities and workshops to complement the learning experience.
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from participants for program enhancement.
Participant Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize participant engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participant queries and concerns.
Program Evaluation:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact.
- Analyze program data and participant feedback to guide future improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in program execution, stakeholder management, and business growth within the educational or entrepreneurial sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing business operations and achieving revenue growth.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the D2C ecosystem and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record in handling multiple stakeholders and managing business P&L.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and execute business expansion strategies.
