Automotive interior designing using Catia v5
2d drawing & GD&T
Job Responsibilities:
Making drawings/layout for detailed design approval for Welding fixtures & Assembly Robots Special purpose Automation machines Material handling pick/place and assembly systems Robotics Gripping systems and overall robotic cells Material feeding mechanisms Conveyors
Provide technical support to customer during all phases of design & development including product validation start of production (SOP) and postSOP.
Communicate all engineering and development issues as needed to internal functions Program Management Sales Manufacturing Quality Warranty and Engineering Management.
Prepare and conduct technical presentations (Customer internal).
Drafting the required Design specifications as per standard available process. Quality check of the prepared drawings.
Assist and lead root cause analysis of technical issues in CAD & drafting service request.
