Job description

We are seeking an experienced & qualified candidate to join our Treasury Team.

You will be the owner of Treasury’s core datasets, ensuring Treasury’s insights data and analytics assets are accurate, comprehensive, discoverable & leveraged by the Management Team. Some of the core role activity will include:

• Derive actionable insights from the data from our core systems that includes payments, receivables, accounts & various other segments.

• Partner with various stakeholders within Management Teams, Sales, Product, Compliance & Country Management to understand reporting requirements, tailor various reports and ensure delivery of those in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Accounting, Product & International teams ensuring robust controls are in place to support expansion.
• Ensuring any reconciliation breaks are thoroughly investigated and remediated on a timely basis, considering both tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Providing and manage reconciled data for accountants & regulators
• Ensuring the efficient operations as far as Safeguarding client accounts are concerned & champion the process.
• Assist various senior management stakeholders with MIS & Excel based reports for internal reporting.

Primary responsibilities

• Be responsible for end to end data analysis
• Be responsible for managing all reconciliation activities of the client accounts of the firm
• Build a data bank within the firm that provides senior management reporting
• Hold the pen for all Sales Team, Compliance Team, Affiliate & Revenue reporting requirements
• Work closely with Accountant to provide meaningful company level data for P&L management

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in business administration or commerce
• At least 3-6 Years of work experience as a business analyst
• Excellent command over English with proficiency in speaking & writing
• Deep understanding of international banking
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Experience in working in a fast paced environment in the Tech, Financial Services or Banking sector
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• A confident self-starter attitude
• A control-oriented mindset
• A good understanding of Microsoft excel
• Must be able to handle extensive data reports
