1. Two Years experience in an Operations role supporting the incident management process
2. Working knowledge with Intune for Windows end point and Mobile devices
3. Working experience in the windows platform, imaging/configuration of devices
4. Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
5. Working knowledge with JAMF Cloud and VMware Products/Services, not an expert
