Job Description The Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with the CEO or Sales Head during sales calls.
- Provide valuable insights and support to enhance the overall sales pitch.
- Take the lead in sales calls, demonstrating a deep understanding of products or services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Engage with clients post-sales calls to ensure a smooth transition to the next steps.
- Follow up on any outstanding formalities or documentation required.
- Handle various sales operational tasks to streamline processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related documentation.
- Research and identify potential clients and markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet client expectations.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
