Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing investigations as per defined timelines.
- Be part of the team to conduct interviews basis investigations carried out.
- Prepare investigation reports including identification of root-cause, recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as requested by management/whistleblowers or internal audit team as necessary.
- Co-ordinate with data analytics team to carry out analysis to identify red flags in processes and deep dive and bring out exceptions.
- Provide inputs to data analytics team to improve early detection of suspicious transactions.
- Maintain tracker of all the investigations carried out and circulate MIS.
- Maintain adequate documentation of all investigations carried out.
- Conduct ethical dilemma workshops for different business within the Godrej group.
- Liaise with third-party experts for conducting investigations.
- Participate in various training sessions and stay updated on developments in frauds/tools to detect them and share best practices.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Educational Qualification:
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance/Certified Fraud Examiner
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in ethics & investigations with preference of working in real-estate industry/ manufacturing industry or Big4 audit firms with real-estate/manufacturing background.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft family of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Sound independent judgement.
