Job description
Resources with comprehensive designing and solutioning exposure for enterprise customers project engineering role. As an engineer, you will provide design, deploy and managed services for existing network services as well as any product enhancements or new development. This is an Individual contributor role where resource need to analyze the requirement and provide technical solution, design along with implementation.
The role requires in-depth experience in the following products and solutions:1. Roles and Responsibilities:
Key responsibility is to provide comprehensive design, solution build/ implementation, scoping and technical support to the sales team as well as assisting and complementing the mid to junior level engineers in a mentoring as well as technical capacity.
The scope of Services the Sr Engineer/Engineer shall provide includes:
• Undertaking system analysis, technical design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions applied to customer infrastructure.
• Providing technical leadership in the execution of project implementation
• Working with implementation teams and the End Customer, providing systems/network design and implementation support to ensure smooth and effective migration to new technology/versions.
• Work closely with project managers and share major responsibility in managing customer expectations at the outset of projects.
• Designing and implementing test methodologies, and managing the outcome of the testing
• Maintaining high standards of technical and professional contribution to the team
