- Architect Inside Sales Strategy For US Market
- Carry Overall SQL Quota For Inside Sales Team
- Own Inside Sales Execution
- Hire And Build Inside Sales Team
- Train, Manage, And Mentor Inside Sales Team Members
- Execute Inside Sales Outbound Campaigns In Concert With VP Of Marketing
- Evaluate, Implement, And Execute Technology Tools For Inside Sales
- Custodian Of Training Calendar
- Responsible For Crafting, Optimizing And Execution Inside Sales Pitches In Concert With VP Of Marketing
- Define Conversion Metrics And Goals In Alignment With Corporate Strategy
- Provide Reports And Dashboard Visibility To Corporate Leadership
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelors or Masters degree (Engineering preferred); Additional MBA preferred
· Experience :
- 10-15 + Years Total Experience
- 5+ Years Experience In Inside Sales ITES Services Focused On US Markets
- 3+ Years Experience As Head Of Inside Sales For A Mid-Sized IT Services Organization
- History Of Good Job Stability In Inside Sales
· Domain Knowledge (Nice to Have): Mechanical/Embedded/Digital Product Engineering Services, Plant Engineering Services
