Job Description Role: QA Lead Experience Level: 6 - 8 Years Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore(Hybrid) About the Product The success of a company like Quantiphi depends on getting 3 things right - Hiring the right talent, continuous training under experts and allocation to projects that they love and that fit their expertise. Right from doing proof of concepts to push models into production. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Take complete ownership of the QA-release pipeline, ensuring end-to-end testing coverage from development to production. ● Lead the QA team in executing manual and automated tests, ensuring high product quality and reliability. ● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define testing strategies. ● Proactively identify areas for improvement in QA processes and automation, with a focus on reducing bugs and stabilizing the product. ● Develop and maintain automated test suites for common scenarios, utilizing automation tools and frameworks. ● Provide support for production bug resolution, investigating issues and implementing preventive measures. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in QA, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our QA capabilities. ● Think creatively and proactively about future QA needs, especially in the context of scaling the product and handling complex features. Must have skills: ● Proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies, including experience with test automation tools and frameworks. ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about QA strategies. ● Proven track record of managing QA-release pipelines and supporting production bug resolution. ● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Nice-to-have skills: ● Experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). ● Experience with testing at large scale (high user base, extensive feature set). ● Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques. ● Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Job tags
