We are currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our IT staffing operations, focusing on connecting skilled IT professionals with suitable projects and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bench Management: Efficiently manage and curate a bench of qualified IT professionals available for placement.
2. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure a robust pipeline of candidates.
3. Candidate Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and qualify potential candidates for various IT positions.
4. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors to enhance business partnerships.
5. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to make informed and strategic decisions.
6. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with candidates and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and placement details.
