Job Overview: As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the development and implementation of HR initiatives to several Client sites to drive organizational success.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role for 7-10 years.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
