Job Overview: As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the development and implementation of HR initiatives to several Client sites to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Understand client business objectives and provide HR support to meet their unique needs.
- Need Assessment:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify HR challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to define HR solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- HR Consulting:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of topics, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.
- Customized HR Solutions:
- Develop tailored HR solutions based on client requirements, considering industry best practices.
- Implement and manage HR programs, initiatives, and policies for clients.
- Client Advocacy:
- Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring timely and effective resolution of HR-related issues.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to HR processes.
- Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate client HR projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic HR Planning:

- Analyse workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and support organizational effectiveness.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to address workplace concerns.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategies and processes.
- Develop retention strategies to nurture a positive organizational culture.
- Performance Management:
- Lead the performance management process, guiding managers and employees.
- Implement strategies to enhance performance and productivity.
- Learning and Development:
- Identify training and development needs; collaborate with L&D teams to design and deliver programs.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.
- Organizational Design and Change Management:
- Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational changes.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Provide expertise on compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to assess trends and propose data-driven solutions.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on HR metrics and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role for 7-10 years.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
