# Strategically plan and execute logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations for the Waluj location in the Warehouse (WH) Division.
# Organize and monitor the storage and distribution of goods, ensuring efficient order cycle optimization.
# Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers, negotiating and maintaining effective communication channels.
# Proficiently utilize SAP for seamless workflow and data management.
# Track and manage quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs to ensure optimal efficiency.
# Set and meet targets related to cost control, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness in the logistics and warehouse operations.
# Develop and oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial responsibility and resource allocation.
# Implement Management Information Systems (MIS) for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
# Provide leadership in maintaining high standards of performance and quality assurance within the WH Division.
# Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
