We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Project Management Manager II to join BNY Mellon. This role is inPune, Maharashtra / Chennai, Tamil Nadu - HYBRID .
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Strategy Development and Program Implementation
- Formulate and execute robust employee engagement and experience strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs.
- Design and implement innovative programs and initiatives that positively impact employee engagement and experience.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and ensure employee engagement initiatives support these goals.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration.
- Creative Communication and Engagement Strategies
- Work closely with the Communications team to plan and execute Employee Engagement campaigns.
- Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to effectively convey key messages and foster a sense of community.
- Utilize various mediums, such as newsletters, video content, and interactive campaigns, to keep employees engaged.
- Employee Feedback and Analysis
- Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and report on employee engagement metrics.
- Recognition and Rewards
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and foster a culture of appreciation.
- Events Planning
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a diverse range of employee engagement events, in-person, virtual and hybrid.
- Ensure events are aligned with the organization's culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field Master's degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in employee engagement and experience roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective engagement / experience strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
