The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and managing student rental properties in abroad, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing excellent customer service to students seeking accommodation. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our rental consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our rental services, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. · Understanding student properties and client’s needs and requirements really well. Present, promote and recommending suitable properties accordingly. · Building and maintaining good relationship with our clients and our property suppilers · Completing booking application for our clients · Writing promotional material to attract students · Proactively participating in activities to attract potential clients Requirement · Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or rental consultancy industry. .
