Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Chief Manager in Strategic Alliances. This individual contributor role is based in Bangalore, with a primary focus on establishing new partnerships with Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) Banks. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic alliances, expanding business opportunities, and fostering key relationships in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and develop strategic alliances with PSU Banks to expand market presence.
2. Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through collaborations and partnerships with key financial institutions.
3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within PSU Banks, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.
4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
5. Negotiation: Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, ensuring favourable terms while meeting the needs of the partner institutions.
6. Travel: Undertake regular travel across South India, spending approximately 10-15 days per month for alliance development and relationship building.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in strategic alliance management, particularly in the financial sector.
3. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of successful partnerships.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and deliver results in an individual contributor role.
6. Age below 36 years.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with a CTC of 20 LPA, inclusive of variable components based on performance.
