Lead - Co-Lending & Partnerships Role Overview: As the Business Lead for Co-Lending & Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to establish and manage co-lending partnerships within our organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, partnership management, and a deep understanding of the lending landscape. The successful candidate will drive business growth through collaborative lending initiatives and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive co-lending strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Identify and evaluate potential co-lending partners, including banks, financial institutions, and alternative lenders. Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and optimal outcomes. Drive the execution of co-lending initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and updates on co-lending activities to senior management and key stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including legal, compliance, risk management, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of co-lending partnerships. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks related to co-lending partnerships. Track and measure the performance of co-lending partnerships against established KPIs and objectives, implementing corrective actions as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster trust and collaboration. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in co-lending and partnership management, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. Role Requirements: Education: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a prestigious institution. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on lending.
