Job Title: Executive Customer Care
About the Roles:
Toll Free – Enquiry
- Handling the toll free calls and note it down there requirement in respective manner and explain about easy install and registration of AF App details and forwarding the client requirement details to the HOD as a Sales enquiry.
- Handling customer complaints actively and ensuring it's resolved on time.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge
- Service calls: Managing service calls as register or assigning
- Complaint calls: Toll free / post complaint calls – Managing and rectifying the issues of
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Handling all service calls and making sure the services have to be done on Time.
- Managing Order for CSD review
- Handling complete verification according to the sales person,
- Checking for the payment mode and PO details if anything not to be updated
- Handling welcome call to inform about the equipment is dispatched, LF app and toll free registration details
- Maintaining record - Toll free – In daily basis Pending calls reports mail sent it to the BTH and CSD HOD
