Responsible for making the technical deliverables related to Static mechanical engineering.
Responsible for the mechanical technical deliverables within a multi-disciplinary project team.
Provide start-up and commissioning support for mechanical equipment.
Lead together with the lead QA/QC engineer the quality assurance and control of contractor, subcontractors and suppliers in the Mechanical equipment engineering disciplines.
Responsible for applying professional practices and implement and follow HSSE requirements during execution of mechanical related activities of the Process plant. Execute the requirements as specified in the Project HSSE Program.
Ensure HSSE deliverables are received and satisfied.
Ensure clear communication and coordination with the HSSE department throughout the various processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related supplemented with relevant Mechanical Engineering qualifications).
08 + years experienced Mechanical Engineer operating company environment Good knowledge of Static equipment's / Ammonia storage / High pressure columns & vessels etc in the oil and gas / Fertiliser / Process industry
Good knowledge of large volume storage tanks
Good knowledge of the design of pressure vessels
Good knowledge of the design of heat exchangers
Experience of static equipment testing
Knowledge of design codes and standards,
Experience of performance testing of large machinery
Working knowledge of corrosion and degradation mechanisms and able to select materials of construction for equipment in oil, gas and refinery service.
Experienced in the management of suppliers including; inspection and test plans, quality plans, order close out, suppliers document reviews
