Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings on all e-commerce platforms.
Optimize product images, descriptions, and other details for maximum visibility and customer engagement.
Order and Return Management:
Monitor daily orders, process them efficiently, and manage returns in a timely manner.
Implement strategies to minimize returns and improve customer satisfaction.
Payment Reconciliation:
Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of payments received from various e-commerce channels.
Keyword Research:
Conduct thorough keyword research to enhance product visibility and search rankings.
Titles and Description Management:
Craft compelling product titles and descriptions that align with SEO best practices.
Dispatching and Returns Management (Higher Post):
Oversee the dispatching process and manage returns at a higher level.
Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
Follow-Up and Reporting:
Regularly follow up on dispatched orders to ensure timely delivery.
Provide daily summaries of dispatch and return activities to management.
E-Commerce Related Work:
Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies and initiatives.
