Job description

We're seeking for a Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM) specialist to oversee all search engine optimization and marketing efforts.

You will be in charge of managing all SEO efforts, such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, in order to improve rankings across all major search networks. Drive traffic to landing pages through organic and search engines. You will also oversee all SEM efforts on Google, Yahoo, and Bing to maximize ROI (return on investment).

SEO Specialist responsibilities include:
• Optimizing copy and landing pages for SEO.
• Drive traffic to landing pages through organic and search engines
• Conducting continuing keyword research to identify and expand opportunities.
• Implementing content suggestions for organic SEO success.

Responsibilities
• Conduct experiments, evaluate data, and discover patterns to maximize ROI in sponsored search campaigns.
• Track, report, and evaluate website analytics and PPC activities and campaigns.
• Manage campaign spending to stay within budget, estimate monthly costs, and resolve inconsistencies.
• Optimize text and landing pages for SEO.
• Conduct continuing keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
• Research and execute SEO recommendations.
• Research and analyze competition advertising connections.
• Create and implement a link-building strategy.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are correctly applied in new code.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing departments to improve SEO for content production and programming.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements and skills
• Proven SEO and SEM expertise, including managing PPC ads on Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
• Expertise in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Extensive familiarity with website analytics technologies such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
• Experience with bid management platforms such as Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, and Search Ignite.
• Proficient in A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Comprehensive understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript creation and restrictions.
• Expertise in ranking criteria and search engine algorithms.
• Focus on current trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
• BS/MS degree in quantitative, test-driven discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required.
• Previous experience in E-Commerce/ Online Travel Agency will be a plus.
