Job description
Overview:
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the organization overseeing the human resources activities and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. They are responsible for attracting developing and retaining employees as well as fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct orientation and facilitate training programs for new and existing employees
- Handle employee relations and address grievances or performance issues
- Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Administer employee benefits and compensation plans
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Participate in strategic planning and decisionmaking as a key HR representative
- Manage offboarding and exit processes including conducting exit interviews
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics
- Facilitate communication between employees and management
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Familiarity with HRIS and HR management software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Experience in conducting interviews and performance evaluations
- Understanding of employee engagement strategies
- Certification in HR management is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HRrelated tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
