We are looking for Business Analyst in who want to live and work in Middle East/ Europe or Singapore under Work and PR Visa. Business analysts use data to form business insights and recommend changes in businesses and other organizations. Business analysts can identify issues in virtually any part of an organization, including IT processes, organizational structures, or staff development. Responsibilities The primary roles of a business analyst is to gather detailed business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Assessing possible solutions to determine their feasibility and alignment with business needs. Project management through task coordination, timeline planning, and resource allocation to ensure that projects meet their objectives. The ability to tackle complex business challenges and come up with effective solutions. Work directly with the Sales, Business Development Team, and Project Management team to understand RFPs/RFQs. Coordinate with the Project team to get effort estimation for the proposals and present the same to the Business Development Team. Forecasting, budgeting, and performing both variance analysis and financial analysis Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Experience creating detailed reports like Weekly project status, Project summary, Project Change requests, and Product presentations. Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally Maintain a competitive market knowledge Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analysis Good grasp of data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Excel, and BI Tools Good knowledge in SQL will be a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
